Longhorn Beetle
The strikingly marked lomghorn beetle Rutpela maculata taken on a cultivated rose in my garden, the first time I have seen this fiarly widespread but somewhat local species there. The tiny black beetles on the stamens are pollen beetles (family Nitidulidae).
