Autumn
A simple digicam macro-photograph was taken of a small cluster of leaves of a Berberis juliae bush in my garden in winter, when a couple of the leaves had turned a mixture of deep pink and ochreous in contrast to the glossy green of the remainder. As an experiment, I tried applying the Kaleidoscope filter of Paint Shop Pro. A little playing with the settings produced this rather nice abstract pattern.
