Sunset for Vincent
The basis for this image was a scan of an old 35mm colour negative of a sunset from my garden. A variety of Paint Shop Pro filters were used to try and create a painterly effect - which when I finally got what I wanted seemed to me to have a little of the van Gogh style in the brush strokes, hence the title. The matte and frame were also created in PSP.
