On Patrol

Nothing special, but I thought I'd post it if only to give encouragement to others wanting to create their own models for use in applications like Vue.  My first complete model using the excellent freeware program Wings 3D.  Compared with any other package of its type that I have tried, the interface is very user-friendly. If you too have struggled with other modelling programs, give Wings a try - it's free, so you can't lose!

So, spacecraft modelled in Wings 3D. Scene built and rendered in Vue d'Esprit. Slight retouching in Paint Shop Pro to enhance the glow effect and hide a small error in the model's geometry.
